Wellness Services For Busy People

Our approach to health and wellness at home and in the workplace is holistic. We help busy individuals manage the stress and demands of life and work and regain control of their health and well-being. Our services include mental health and wellness-based occupational therapy for adults looking to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.

We provide goal directed mental health and wellness occupational therapy services to adults to improve physical and mental health, school, work, and daily life participation. Our sessions are practical, and we work on new or modified skills together. Many of our clients work with us for 5-7 sessions to meet their self-identified goals, some work with us longer. Examples of goals include: improving sleep, better time management, increasing focus at work, reducing anxiety, building positive coping strategies, reducing pain while working.
